Hi! I'm Briana.

I'm a business owner for over a decade, mom of two, wife and the founder of a business I've doubled the past two years and scaled to three states while staying home with babies and toddlers.

I've experienced the fear and excitement of building a business, the challenges of hiring, firing and managing a team and the constant balancing act of being a business owner while also wanting to be present for my family.

And through it all, I've realized that, Having people who understand what you're going through makes such a difference.

There is so much business advice available, but sometimes you don't need another course, strategy, or expert telling you what to do.

You just need other women who get it. Women you can ask questions, share experiences, celebrate wins, and talk through challenges with.

That's why I'm creating Real Talk.
