But I also wanted women who understood why growing the business matters. Why I want to be at all my kid's activities or available to help my parents with doctor appointments. And how the business decisions directly effect my family.

What happens inside

This isn't a group you'll join and forget about.

This is a curated room of women with established businesses and if accepted you'll be carefully matched into a small mastermind pod based on your business stage, goals, challenges and season of life.

Acceptance and being matched in a pod is not based on revenue alone but will be based on multiple factors. Pods will run for six month rounds and the room can choose to stay together or you can switch as your season life or your business stage changes.
